Yoga for beginners or the ninth day of the challenge to get in shape

I was watching information about yoga. Stumbled upon a very interesting interview with Andrew Siderskij, where he talks about impact from the practice of yoga by anyone. I advise to people, who is thinking if the yoga will fit into their life.

I like his view on yoga, because I’m just now looking how to make my life more effective. Leg injury greatly affected me: I literally lost my support in life and all gone to hell in it. Now the injury is healing, I have chance to return to the practice of yoga, because there is no more pain during movement in the asanas for beginners. Many years ago, yoga, swimming and running helped me to enjoy my body, gain confidence and enter a new phase of my life. I would like once again to regain support.

I was doing workout today by following the good course for beginners – Iyengar Yoga. The coach explains well how to perform the asanas, giving secrets on how to help get into the right position and keep it. Although the course does not present a complete set of Iyengar youga course for beginners, but even those postures that have allowed a better understanding of what we should strive in the practice of asanas.

Physical training for the ninth day of the challenge:

  • 1 hour – practice of yoga.

My food on the ninth day of the challenge:

  • 1 glass of moringa tea
  • omlete with tuna, onions, milk (from two eggs) and two slices of bread
  • 1 glass of moringa tea
  • ragout (onions, garlic, carrots, beat, cabbage, green pepper) and boiled chicken
  • 1 glass of moringa tea
  • multivitamins, fish oil, complex vitamin B and C

Skin care on the ninth day of the challenge:

  • Massage with a cactus brush.
  • Сold and hot shower.
  • Face cleansing and night moisturizer.
