Treatment of Knee Injury – Twelfth Day of Losing Weight
Today I want to share with you success of my treatment of a knee injury. How it happened: about two months ago, I went on the stone beach, where I was lifting up a weight and by missed step I stretched muscle in the knee. I gave a leg two months of rest, but no significant change were observed. The leg continued to hurt significantly when I fully flexed knee, go up or down from the mountain.
It was pointless to wait longer and two weeks ago I have started to practice fast walking on a straight surface. I was surprised that since these workouts the pain disappeared during I am going down or up the mountains. A week ago I have started to change fast walking to running, starting with five minutes and gradually increasing the length of runs. With these workouts pain didn’t come back. If there were any – I would have stopped them. And so it is clear that the injury is not associated with these movements.
A few days ago, I am again uncomfortable wrenched my leg, but it happens not during time of workout – I just sat down sharply and unsuccessfully. Again, it was impossible to move, but I didn’t want to stop my workout. At night I have applied special ointments on my let – and it get better, but still during do yoga I could not do some asanas, because I have feel the pain during the flexing of the leg.
My friend bought a bay lotion (which was creating from combination of bay leaf and alcohol) and I massaged on the leg for the night. The result was noticeable at the next day. Sharp pain during bending let is disappeared. There are still discomfort, but I will do some more of rubbing and I think everything finally will heal.

Food:
- Apple
- Sandwich (slice of bread, ham, gated cheese, mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato), a glass of natural lime juice.
- 2 glasses of juice, 2 glass of water.
- Oatmeal
- Slice of bread with ham.
