The hero of the day or the tenth day of the challenge to get in shape
Today, I feel like a hero: I have reached a new level in my workouts. I decided that a set of exercises, which I performed for about two months, do not provide me the desired effect. Therefore, I has performed it twice. That is three hours.
In last 45 minutes I have gotten a second breath. It was last three sets of exercises for the abs. Usually, my upper muscles has ache during performing this complex, but now all pain ceased, as if the muscles warmed and softened. And a lot of endorphins went in my blood and began to run all over the body. I felt so wonderful pleasure of exercise performing and each body moves. I didn’t feel for a long time. I though that only the running and swimming can help me to get this state, and it appears the exercises do too.
Also I have noticed that correctly do that make rotations of loads: one day for strength training, the second day is rest from it and a yoga and/or walking. The body has time to recover in this mode and all fitness trainers are advised to rest one day after strength training to prevent the injury of the muscles.
Physical training for the tenth day of the challenge:
- 3 hours – complex exercises for arms, legs and abs, made 2 times.
- 5 minutes or 25 reps with 3 sets – exercise for chest and push ups from table (I do not have power to do it from floor).
My food on the tenth day of the challenge:
– 1 glass of moringa tea
– breakfast: omelet (from two eggs) and salad (tomato, cucumber, lettuce)
– 1 glass of moringa tea
– 2 glasses of water
– 1 glass of moringa tea
– supper: boiled chicken, lentils and rice
– 1 glass of moringa tea
– multivitamins, fish oil, complex vitamin B and C
– 1 glass of water
– yogurt with probiotic
Skin care on the tenth day of the challenge:
- Massage with a cactus brush.
- Сold and hot shower.
- Face cleansing and night moisturizer.
