The challenge to get in shape — second day

I was planning to walk a lot today, but all day was rainy, so I used the time to practice yoga. I have just started to try complexes for yoga beginners, which is not too complex and difficult, because I do not want to hurt my leg and begin with small steps.

I practice yoga by following two videos:

The second video is longer, but there is a lot of chatter and at the end too much relaxation – I skipped it.

Training on the second day of competition:

  • 2 hours – yoga.

My food on the second day of competition:

  • 1 glass of water
  • omelette with milk (2 eggs)
  • 1 glass of the moringa tea
  • 1 banana
  • meatballs and oats.
  • 2 glass of the moringa tea
  • vitamin B and C

Skin care on the second day of competition:

  • Massage with a cactus brush
  • Cold and hot shower.
