In our country the all new years fun starts in the Catholic Christmas. Therefore, we have already exchanged gifts with my husband, burned light trees, overeat sweets. On Sunday, December 27, we went to the beach, and here I offered a bet. To arrange a competition for who will look better after 6 months. Wins the one, who has the best and clearer change in shape and look. “Oh!” – effect.

We measured our weight, photographed ourselves and assigned that from tomorrow we start the competition. May 28, 2016 will be summarize. I intend to do daily records of what I eat and what I am doing to win the competition.

Who wants to join and participate in the competition?

  • Take a photo of yourself: front, side and back view
  • Measure your parameters: the size of the chest, waist and hips
  • Measure your weight
  • Measure your height
  • Start to change yourself!
  • Make records for youself what you are doing for to get in shape.

My complications:

  • My husband goes to gym for 15 years: he has experience, build muscles and health already. He needs just to take excess of swelling and little stomach fat.
  • I have a ton of fat and knee injury with which I can’t run or jump anymore, and also all phiscial training must be done very carefully or pain in knee can come back.
  • Plus from time to time I have back pains.

My parameters on the first day:

  • height — 157 cm.
  • weight – 61 kg (lost 1 kg from last month)
  • size of the hips – 103 cm
  • size of the waist – 71 cm (lost 6 cm)
  • size under the chest – 78 cm (lost 2 cm)
  • size of the chest – 97 (lost 1 cm)

My food on the fist day:

  • 1 glass of water and vitamins
  • omelette with milk (1,5 egg)
  • 1 glass of the moringa tea with milk
  • 1 glass of water
  • yogurt with probiotics
  • 1 glass of water
  • oats with banana and milk, spoon of sugar and salt to taste
  • sausages and macaroni
  • 2 glass of mint tea with milk

Training on the fist day:

  • 1.30 – exercises for arms, legs and abs
  • 1 hour of walking

Skin care on the first day:

  • Massage with a cactus brush
  • Cold and hot shower.
