Past few years I really wanted to re-learn how to get up early in the morning about four of five o’clock for to make more time for yourself and to redo a lot of useful things. How many smart articles and advices on this topic of how to become an early riser I have read on the Internet! I have tried them on myself, but nothing was working: :

  1. When I made attempts to go to bed earlier or when I was quite sleepy – my body all the same sleeps till the usual time.
  2. When I set up clock’s alarm I would wake up for just to turn it down and as fast to go back to see sweet dreams. And what is worse with time I stopped to here alarm at all.
  3. I asked my darling to wake me up in the morning. He easily gets up early in the morning: he doesn’t need any alarms – his body wakes up itself, no matter what time he went to sleep yesterday: nine at the evening or two on the morning. As a result, he will wake me up, but what’s the point? I will wake up, but my sleepy brain decides to continue to watch last dreams and no causes and reasons do not seem quite serious at that time to move me from the bed.

In general, my brain refuses flatly to be disciplined by itself. It seems so easy: if you want to get up an early – get up, if you do not really want – sleep. And it is really that simple! Do not fight with your body, just ask it to wake itself. How to do it?
