Stuffed Tomatoes – the Thirteenth Day of Losing Weight

It is weekend and I’m lazy the second day. I lay on the couch and blissfully swallow books one after another. At the morning I do not desire to cook and eat anything heavy. I had been in long agony of thinking what to do. I do not want to swallow the unsightly sandwiches or eat vegetables by parts. After much of thought, I created my own recipe: fast, exotic and healthy.

Stuffed Tomatoes “Heart of the Tropics”:

Stuffed Tomatoes

  • Take one tomato, cut into two halves (from the stalk to the tip). To avoid damaging the pelt, carefully cut out the insides of the tomatoes with knife so as not to damage the pelt – I save it separately on a plate. Insides of tomato I cut into small pieces and set separate in deep dish.
  • I cut off a piece of avocado with equal weight of tomatoes. Finely chop into pieces and send in a plate with tomato mass.
  • I take a very small piece of lettuce and cut into small pieces, add to the plate.
  • Next I need one small garlic clove: finely chop it or wring. Also adding to the plate. Add there a little black pepper, salt to taste and other spices. Thoroughly mix. To my taste it is no need to add any mayonnaise or vegetable oil in this vegetarian mince – avocado perfectly replaces them.
  • The resulting minced vegetables I put into the outer shell of tomatoes. At the top I add leaves of parsley for beauty.

Additionally to these stuffed tomatoes I have boiled some exotic vegetable, cut into round slices, spread on a plate around tomato. For do not worry about your breath (because the recipe has fresh garlic in it) I advise you to make lime juice, which is perfectly extinguish the fire.

How to make lime juice: In 4 glasses of water to squeeze half of a lime, add sugar to taste (4-5 tablespoons) and little vanilla (just a few drops). Taste it. If it driving cheekbones, then add more water – the taste of lime should be just a hint and give freshness and coolness.

Result for today:


  • Apple
  • Tomato with plantain, lime juice
  • 2 glass of water
  • Chicken, rice, macaroni pie with cheese, natural passion fruit juice
  • 2 glasses of guava juice.
  • Tea with crackers.
