When I was searching for eggplant recipes I found that they almost always use mayonnaise or different sausages, which is very harmful for health. I began to think how to cook eggplant tasty and without harming my health. As a result I created my own recipe of cooking the eggplant rolls: very tasty and healthy.The recipe of the eggplant rolls with photos.

The recipe of the eggplant rolls with photos:

1. I was cooking only for myself, so I took only one eggplant, stalk removed and sliced ​​along (3 mm thick), then slices soaked for 30 minutes in salted water for to remove the bitterness.

2. Then fry the eggplant on both sides until cooked (it is very easy to define – eggplant become soft and easily pierced with a fork).

3. Then cut the onion and Chinese cabbage, and saute a little in the pan, so onions will make a little smell, but still remain white. Add to the resulting slurry little salt and pepper, stir and removed from the frying pan.

  • Today we have a tropical storm. All day the rain poured down like from a bucket and lightning flashes. Water suddenly disconnected, the light was given only in the evening. Unfortunately, under the pressure of these reasons I missed today workout.
