Love to the Movement or the eleventh day of the challenge to get in shape
I wake up with the fear that after yesterday’s incredible load, the whole body would hurting me and muscles will ache with every movement. Nothing of that is happened. So I did something right. Perhaps, that I do not let myself to be hungry and more protein in my diet than before.
I have realized that I can’t live without a movement. My well-being is highly dependent on this. Till I will do exercise – I do not feel that I live at 100%. I did yoga and all life shone with colors again and everything began to take shape in my favor. Shoulders immediately deployed, a mysterious smile appears on my face and a gleam in my eyes. I feel so proud of myself and really feel how the body is starting to change, poured with power. I missed so much that feeling!
Physical training for the tenth day of the challenge:
- 1 hour – practice of yoga
- 1 hour – walking
My food on the tenth day of the challenge:
– 1 glass of water
– breakfast: omelet (from two eggs, tomato, onion, garlic) and carrots
– 1 glass of black tea with milk
– 2 glasses of water
– supper: ragout (onions, garlic, chicken, carrot, rice, cabbage)
– 1 glass of water
– 1 glass of moringa tea
– multivitamins, fish oil, complex vitamin B and C
Skin care on the tenth day of the challenge:
- Massage with a cactus brush.
- Сold and hot shower.
- Face cleansing and night moisturizer.
