Listen to Your Body and Adjusts the Weight Loss Plan – the Seventeenth Day of Losing Weight
To plan your diet – it is good, but to listen to your body and adjust is even better. After I missed a day of yoga practice, today I feel myself much better. Remembering yesterday’s coolness of the evening, I have decided to run again at evening. Usually I run with the speed at which I can run all day: I can easy to smile and breath quietly through the nose. Today, the last 30 seconds before transfer to the fast walking, I ran with all the power and speed of which I was capable of. That was intoxicating feeling! A few second you enjoy yours full strength and desire to run on the maximum – and it seems you can run like that forever. A few more seconds of such run and you try to breath steady, and then loosing you have to switch to normal running, a little bit later to go on race walking and simple walking. This is the golden rule: do not stop abruptly after running, give yourself time to return back until blood will come back to the legs. Otherwise, one day you can fall from a heart attack. Tomorrow I will try to run a little longer distance with run in the full force.
Listening to my feeling, I have decided to temporarily suspend the practice of yoga. I feel that 30 minutes of run per day and additionally to do yoga – it is still strongly depletes my body and causes a desire to quit. I would like to go faster, but as they say: if you hurry – you will make people laugh. I strive to inculcate the habit for to maintain a constant result, but it is difficult to make a swoop in one day.
Results for today.
Food:
- 1 glass of juice from guava, 1 banana
- Paste with mayonnaise, a lice of ham (that was my weakness)
- 2 glasses of juice from guava
- Chicken soup, 2 glasses of juice from wild cherry.
Aerobic exercise:
- 33 minutes of running and 10 minutes of walking.
