Increased Load or 44 Day of Losing Weight

After yesterday’s missing of the workout, today I have decided to increase running time. The fact that I’m running lengths of 500 meters, for 42-43 minutes – it is for me 7 times for 500 yards. I do not know, it’s kind of psychologically difficult figure for me. Today, after the usual 7 times, I even ran additionally more 3 segments of 500 meters each. Moreover, I had a feeling that I can run non-stop, fatigue disappears on the last extension and I was running with pleasure, enjoying the rhythm. I wonder how I’ll feel tomorrow. But I was able only to do exercise just for the legs, then fatigue fell upon. Apparently, it will be necessary to do them in the morning.

Results for today:


  • 1 apple;
  • salad (tomato, avocado, green onions), re-fried soybean pieces with sweet peppers and green
  • onions;
  • nuts and 0.5 glass of water ;
  • 2 glasses of water;
  • Boiled plantain (you can use any other vegetable);
  • 3 glasses of fresh pineapple juice with lime;
  • 0.5 fried plantain, avocado;
  • 1 glass of fresh pineapple juice with lime juice.

Aerobic exercise:

  • 61 minutes of running.
  • 12 minutes of brisk walking.
  • Additional Exercises:
    • move legs to the side (30 times each), forward and back (30 times)
    • squats (30 times)
