I feel the changes in the body or the twelfth day of the challenge to get in shape
Today I made a feat again by repeating a set of exercises for the arms, legs and abs twice. This time I have marked precis time (the last time I was accounting the time of videos) and it turned out that thw whole exercise took me to do 3 hours and 45 minutes. After an hour of training I take a small breaks to drink a glass of water, wash my face from the sweat. How come it give additional 45 minutes to my workout – I do not know. But I couldn’t miss these minute breaks, because I would just pass out. I just feel that my mouth is dry and I am going to take a drink, after that I feel strength to continue training. I understand that is a long workout. And actually I can always break it for an hour for 3 times at the same day, but I find it is easier for me to do everything at once. And then I feel like power is bigger with each day. I come to such load not in one day. It took me more then two months gradually increasing my load – and I feel like my body just kicks right now.
I have started to feel the changes in my body. Shoulders turn straight. I do not have wish to hide my belly (it is not falling down now – muscles hold it). It seems even that I am getting higher now. Confidence flow in my body: hands, legs. I do not step heavy, but fly on the surfaces. Today I put my hands on waistline and was amazed: waist is so thin! Where all fat is gone? I even start to search myself everywhere.
Also I absolutely do not want to eat any sausages or pizza anymore. I put so much effort in these workouts and I received so great feedback from my body that I do not want to spoil it anymore and come back to the hole, where I was before. I feel that I gain a new habit, which I will not give up. Only thing right now I am watching – it is not to get any injuries.
Physical training for the twelfth day of the challenge:
- 3 hours and 45 mintues – complex exercises for arms, legs and abs, made 2 times. And exercise for chest and push ups from table (I do not have power to do it from floor) – 25 reps with 3 sets
My food on the twelfth day of the challenge:
– 1 glass of water
– breakfast: omelet (2 eggs, tomato, garlic) and carrot
– 1 glass of moringa tea
– 2 glasses of water
– supper: fish and salad (carrot, cabbage, green beens) and a little of rice
– 1 glass of water
– multivitamins, fish oil, complex vitamin B and C
Skin care on the twelfth day of the challenge:
- Massage with a cactus brush.
- Сold and hot shower.
- Face cleansing and night moisturizer.
