How to Lose Weight in 7 weeks or resulst on 50 Day of Losing Weight
The last two weeks the circumstances evolved so that I did not have time to look after myself properly. As a result a few days of training was missed, but there are positive signs. I need to summarize the past two weeks and put new tasks for the next week.
Results on the sixth and seventh weeks of working out:
- Time of running: about 60-63 minutes.
- I managed to reduce meat consumption by eating soybeans.
- To date, I have the following parameters: breast — 94 cm, waist – 72 cm, hips – 102.
Process of losing weight slowed down, probably due to missed days and because I ceased to perform additional exercises in the last week.
Challenges for the eighth week – take myself back together and to do the following:
- Keep the time of running about an hour and do a workouts at the weekend.
- Reactivate the number of repetitions of additional exercises.
- Find delicious vegetable and fruit recipes.
- Try not to drink beverages with meals: 2 glasses of water or juice in the morning in an hour before breakfast, 2 glasses of water between breakfast and lunch, 2 glasses in the evening.
Results for today:
Eating:
- 2 glasses of fresh lime juice;
- soya chunks, fried in olive oil with vegetables, boiled plantain;
- 2 glasses of fresh lime juice;
- cabbage in garlic sauce, 1 glass of lime juice;
- 1 glass of water;
- soya chunks, rice with lentils, 2 cups of fresh guava juice.
Aerobic exercise:
- 50 minutes of running.
- 12 minutes of brisk walking.
