How to Fight Signs of Fatigue – the Sixteenth Day of Losing Weight
Two previous day I ran for 33 minutes at the lunch and practice yoga additionally at the evening. Today I feel myself as broken washtub. No, my muscles do not hurt as such, but I feel very very lazy to move. Apparently, all the energy accumulated in recent months weathered and I ate to much pasta at lunch, to dump (although recently I ate sparingly without overeating and starving myself to death, so I only feel normal healthy satiety). As a result, I decided to postpone a jogging for night time. I also had a suspicion that to run at lunch on a hot and sunny day is harmful damage for the body and I could be baked.
When it came time to run, I have decided to forget about workout and skip a day. I started to think about plausible excuses. Even looked outside to so if it is raining. At the evening there was such a pleasant coolness! Air dope with flavors… I didn’t notice how I quickly dressed in sport clothes and ran out from the house. I didn’t regret that I won myself. It is easier to run at the evening. Over the same time I ran a far greater distance. But after I didn’t have enough forces to practice yoga.
