Happy New Year to all! In this year I wish to everyone who wants to get an excellent physical shape and return the health – would implement their dreams.

And for this we need to start making small steps to your victory. One small step every day! And the best time for that is the beginning of a new year! The time, when the magic reigns in the air! Use it to the benefit. Take skates and go to ride to the rink. If you love skiing then get up on skis. If you just like to walk – it is a great time to walk on the snow-white streets! Which winter sport and physical activities do you like more? Use holidays and vacations to the fullest. You will return to the routine days, but the magic of transformation will be with you! You will have time to be filled with strength and enthusiasm for 12 days! Let’s start today! Together with me!
