Extraordinary Circumstances or 31 Day of Losing Weight

Today it was declared a holiday because of passing tropical storm. To show nose from the house is not advised. I upset of course – the second day without jogging. But today I had time to read a book about healthy lifestyles and nutrition. I want to note that reading books on this subject provide an additional energy to do self-perfection.Tomorrow I plan to summarize the first month and plan my next steps.

Results for Today:


  • 2 glasses of water
  • Oatmeal
  • 1 banana
  • Salad (carrots, cabbage, Chinese cabbage, tomato, boiled broccoli, avocado, salt, pepper , olive oil), curried lentils.
  • 1 glass of fresh guava juice.
  • Fried fish with cooked rice, 1 glass of fresh juice from guava.
