Cherry Juice and Its Benefits – 24 Day of Losing Weight

Since time I bought a blender, I am constantly doing natural fresh juices, using papaya, passion fruit, guava and other exotic fruits – this is what I have now at hand, because I live in a tropical country. So, do not copy me – use those fruits that are in your area of residence.

Today I have decided to look for information about what juices are useful. I found that cherry juice, which I occasionally did for the last 10 days , is useful for people involved in sports: special studies conducted by American scientists, which found that cherry juice significantly reduces muscle soreness during training, and also protects them from damage. So for anyone who wants to go jogging — I recommend to drink a cherry juice. 1 glass per day.


As for my workouts, then the second day I run for a longer time – muscles do not hurt, but I feel general fatigue of the body. Good thing is I had not planned anything more to increase the workouts for this week.

Results for today:

Food:

  • 1 glass of fresh passion fruit juice
  • 4 glasses of cocktail (guava, milk, sugar)
  • Salad (cabbage, carrots, tomato, lettuce, salt and pepper, olive oil), fried egg, vitamin, 1 glass of fresh juice form passion fruit.
  • Steamed vegetables in olive oil (onion, carrot, cabbage, peppers, tomato, pepper and salt), boiled lentils with the addition of curry powder and salt.
  • 1 glass of water
  • 3 glasses of fresh papaya juice.

Aerobic exercise:

  • 42 minutes of running.
  • 10 minutes of brisk walking.
  • Additional Exercises:
    • side bends (25 times each) ,
    • rotations of the upper body (25 times in each direction)
    • rotation of the shoulders (5 times forward, 5 times back)
    • the rotation head (5 times in one direction and 5 to other )
    • move legs to the side (25 times each), forward and back (25 times)
    • squats (25 times)
