Challenge to get in shape — fourth and fifth day
I took a rest during last two days. On 31 December I just rest from all physical pressure, and on 1 January we went to the beach, where except just melting under hot sun, we took a little walk. Well, and in food I allowed myself a little slack. But tomorrow I’m back to normal regime.
Physical training on the firth day of the challenge:
- 20 minutes of walking
My food on the fourth day of the challenge:
- 1 glass of water
- omelet with milk and salad (cucumber and tomato)
- 1 glass of moringa tea
- 1 glass of cacao with milk and sugar
- 3 sandwiches: bread with peanut butter
- fish with macaroni
- 1 glass of moringa tea and 1 piece of cake
My food on the fifth day of the challenge:
- sweet and sour chiken and rice
- 1 glass of juice (orange with strawberry)
- 3 glasses of the tea: moringa and mint
- 2 Bounty :)))
- 2 sandwiches: turkey hum, cucumber, bread
- 1 glass of black tea with milk and sugar
Skin care on the fourth and fifth day of the challenge::
- Massage with a cactus brush.
- Face cleansing and night moisturizer.
