Four weeks as I play sports and watch your diet. Two more days left before the end of the first month, September 4, when it will be possible to sum up the first month of classes.

Results for the four weeks of work on oneself:

  • Today I have the following parameters: breast size – 96 cm, waist – 74 cm, hips – 105 cm.
  • Lenght of runs: 42 minutes.
  • Doing more exercise after jogging: side bends, twists the upper torso, shoulder rotation, the rotation of the head, move legs to the side, back and forth, squats.
  • Over the last week I am eating a lot more vegetables, quite a bit of meat.

It has been three weeks since I have started to workout and watch my diet. And I am getting an indescribable pleasure from observing the changes: the body is filled with strength and my steps become lighter, stomach slumped, shoulders straightened, pride of myself sneak with hidden smile in the corners of my lips.

Results during three weeks of work on myself::

  • Today I have the following parameters: breast size – 98 cm, waist – 75 cm, hips – 106 cm (at the start I had the following data: breast – 102 cm, waist – 82 cm, hips – 110 cm).
  • I have started to do daily aerobic workout with fast walking and slowly transferred into a running, so that was no muscle pain or other problems from running. Running speed my itself increased and the usual distance for 33 minutes, now I am running faster for 4 minutes.
  • I have started to watch what I eat: do not overeat as before, began to eat more fruits and vegetables, drink plenty of water and fresh juices.
  • Because of journal I have learned to listen to my body and to calculate the necessary load.

Today I have received the first confirmation that my experiment began to bear fruit. My darling have noticed that my tummy decreased: “If things go on, then three months later you will be in great shape!” Generally, the changes is harder noticeable by close people, who see you everyday and perceive you as you are. Therefore the observation of my darling make me happy.

Lets summarize the second week. What was planned you can see here, and I will highlight what has been done:

  • I gradually replaced walking to running. On the last day of the week I ran 33 minutes and 10 minutes of brisk walking (5 to warm before jogging and 5 after for to cool down).
  • Started to practice yoga, but I missed half of days because of old leg injury for to heal it properly.
  • I tried to eat fruit in the morning, add vegetables at lunch and dinner, drink plenty of water and I bought a blender to make natural juices. I took vitamins.
  • Data for today: breast size – 99 cm, waist – 77 cm, hips – 107 cm

It can be seen that the stomach is very easily removed by simple aerobic workout without special exercises for abs, which make sense to do later, when the main fat will be burnt. For this week I lost 3 cm in the waist. But the process of losing for thighs and chest is slowing down. I am most pleased that the transition from fast walking to running was painless. During the first week of training the leg muscles has become strong and didn’t hurt not a bit after running.

Lets summarize the first week. What was planned you can read here and I will focus on what has been done:

  • I have started a brisk walk for to do at least one hour per day (only two days of weekend dropped out from new regime).
  • At the morning I eat fruites, tea replced with plain water, added more vegetables and vitamins to the diet (1 per day, contains vitamins A, D, E, C, B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin, folic acid, pantothenic acid, calcium, iron).
  • I have learned to get up early in the morning, which is keeping me in a good mood all day.
  • Data for today: breast size – 100 cm, waist – 80 cm, hips – 108 cm.

That means this week without starving myself and do not physically overwrought I have lost 2 centimeters of fat. At the same time the leg muscles and the body started to get used to the daily work.
