Care Neck: Beauty Tips and Neck Exercises

Therefore, if you want to maintain the beauty of the neck and do not want to give out your age, you should take care of your neck systematically. And it’s better to start doing this in advance, from 25 years, but not when the neck skin is losing its elasticity, resiliency, appeared wrinkles and folds, formed a double chin, but much earlier before that. But, if you woke up, when the neck is already beginning to lose its divine form – it is still not too late to take care of the neck. Especially because this process does not take much time and effort, and brings a striking effect.

Care neck should include: the acquisition of healthy habits, daily and weekly outer neck skin care and daily exercises for the muscles of the neck – a holistic approach to care of the neck will not only help to keep your skin fresh and supple, but also to avoid the appearance of folds and form a second chin.

1. Habits.

In order to care of the neck had notable success, you must first remove the causes that may contribute to the fading beauty of the neck:

2. Neck Exercises.

Then repeat in the other direction.
  2. Slowly turn your head to the right and then left. Do 4-6 smooth turns and then make a few fast (8-10 times).
  3. Gently turn your head to the side and lift it up.
  4. Turn your head to the side and touch by your chin a shoulder without lifting it.
  5. Tilt your head to the right, touch the shoulder by ear, then do it the same for the left side.
  6. Put hands on your head, clasped fingers. Lower your head forward. Small spurts leans your head back against the resistance of the hands.

3. Moisturizing and nutrition.

Nutrition and Moisturizing:

  • Against sluggish skin you can also make a compress from milk decoction of chamomile: in a handful of chamomile blossoms pour 1 cup of milk, put on the fire and bring to a boil, then cool under the cover. Moisten a thick cloth with warm mixture and wrap around the neck. Cover with plastic wrap, and on top – with a terry towel. After 15 minutes, remove the wrap, sop the neck with towel (to rinse with water is not necessary) and lubricate with any cream.

Slowing the aging process:

  • Grate boiled potatoes and add 2 tablespoons of cucumber or tomato juice. This paste put on the neck. Wrap with the gauze, cellophane and warm towel or scarf. After 15 minutes, rinse with warm water mixture.
  • Finely chopped cucumbers put on the fabric and wrap around neck. After 20 minutes rinse and apply any nourishing cream.

4. Massage of the neck:

  • Spread a small amount of cream on the fingertips or palms.
  • Tilt the head back and, using smooth circular motions, apply the cream from the base of the neck to the chin, very gently patting by half-bent fingers on the surface of the skin.

5. Compresses.

For dry and aging skin, you can take a course of warm compresses from vegetable oil, alternating with washing in cold water every other day (10-12 times), then it is recommended to apply a nutritious mask.

6. Wraps.

The procedure of wrapping supports good the neck tone and helps keep skin silky. It is useful not only for prevention, but especially for aging skin (aging process begins after 25 years), when it should be carried out 1-2 times a week for 10-15 minutes.

Recipes for the wrapping:
