Blenders and Their Uses – the Fourteenth Day of Losing Weight

Today I bought myself a blender – it is a wonderful device to grind a food, which I need for to prepare fresh juices, cocktails, as well as creating various vegetable puree. Its use is invaluable::

  • Health benefits. From natural products (fruits, berries, vegetables) I can do amazing natural juices. As a result, I will not have to buy expensive syrups (just to add water), packed juices or other useless harmful to health.
  • Savings. To buy fresh fruits and vegetables is cheaper or completely free of charge, if you have a garden.
  • New taste discovery. Ah, what kind of amazing cocktails! And how many opportunities for experimentation!
  • Losing weight. Cocktails can be much more nutritious and more filling than a huge hearty lunch.

Today I have already tried my blender. I went over fence and driftwood a wild cherry, and after five minutes I have enjoyed a fresh and natural juice.

Results for today:

Food:

  • Mango.
  • Salad (lettuce, avocado, tomato, lime juice instead of salt, olive oil), vitamin, a glass of lime juice.
  • 3 glass of water.
  • Chicken soup (made of chicken, potato, pumpkin, cabbage, tomatoes, onions, carrots, peppers, parsley, dumplings, noodles, salt and spices) natural juice from cherries.
