The last two weeks the circumstances evolved so that I did not have time to look after myself properly. As a result a few days of training was missed, but there are positive signs. I need to summarize the past two weeks and put new tasks for the next week.

Results on the sixth and seventh weeks of working out:

  • Time of running: about 60-63 minutes.
  • I managed to reduce meat consumption by eating soybeans.
  • To date, I have the following parameters: breast — 94 cm, waist – 72 cm, hips – 102.

Process of losing weight slowed down, probably due to missed days and because I ceased to perform additional exercises in the last week.

Sea Rest

The previous three days I took a rest from aerobic exercise, but at the weekend went to the sea – perhaps this is the best rest for me. I am really happy close to sea. Swimming for me is the best antidepressant, as well as first-class facility to relax and calm the nerves. That’s how I used to relieve stress during exams to enter the university: I ran to the river to swim.

I have noted with pleasure that to spend all day at the sea doesn’t make me sleepy after returning home, I was still full of life and energy. Only just a two months ago, I would have just enough power to take a shower and reach the bed for only to wake up on the next day.

Today I was visiting a friend who many years ago, experiencing problems with excess weight (95 kg), during two weeks she dropped 15 kg by limiting herself in eating. Such a drastic weight loss – it’s a huge stress for the body: her woman period stopped and she had to go to the doctor, who prescribed her injections with hormones to regain her health (if monthly delayed by more than six months, there is a danger that they will never come back again). In addition, pimples appeared in her skin. In her case, it was just the beginning. Many of these dramatic fasting without preparation – just brake a stomach or make you unable to conceive a child anymore. The following 15 kg she loose more smarter – throughout the year.

Yesterday I increased jogging time to an hour and today repeated this success. My body has grown to such a load. My legs didn’t hurt anyhow. Hooray!

After yesterday’s missing of the workout, today I have decided to increase running time. The fact that I’m running lengths of 500 meters, for 42-43 minutes – it is for me 7 times for 500 yards. I do not know, it’s kind of psychologically difficult figure for me. Today, after the usual 7 times, I even ran additionally more 3 segments of 500 meters each. Moreover, I had a feeling that I can run non-stop, fatigue disappears on the last extension and I was running with pleasure, enjoying the rhythm. I wonder how I’ll feel tomorrow. But I was able only to do exercise just for the legs, then fatigue fell upon. Apparently, it will be necessary to do them in the morning.
