Feel the power

Today I made a feat again by repeating a set of exercises for the arms, legs and abs twice. This time I have marked precis time (the last time I was accounting the time of videos) and it turned out that thw whole exercise took me to do 3 hours and 45 minutes. After an hour of training I take a small breaks to drink a glass of water, wash my face from the sweat. How come it give additional 45 minutes to my workout – I do not know. But I couldn’t miss these minute breaks, because I would just pass out. I just feel that my mouth is dry and I am going to take a drink, after that I feel strength to continue training. I understand that is a long workout. And actually I can always break it for an hour for 3 times at the same day, but I find it is easier for me to do everything at once. And then I feel like power is bigger with each day. I come to such load not in one day. It took me more then two months gradually increasing my load – and I feel like my body just kicks right now. Love to the Movement

I wake up with the fear that after yesterday’s incredible load, the whole body would hurting me and muscles will ache with every movement. Nothing of that is happened. So I did something right. Perhaps, that I do not let myself to be hungry and more protein in my diet than before.

I have realized that I can’t live without a movement. My well-being is highly dependent on this. Till I will do exercise – I do not feel that I live at 100%. I did yoga and all life shone with colors again and everything began to take shape in my favor. Shoulders immediately deployed, a mysterious smile appears on my face and a gleam in my eyes. I feel so proud of myself and really feel how the body is starting to change, poured with power. I missed so much that feeling! Read the rest of this entry »

The hero of the day

Today, I feel like a hero: I have reached a new level in my workouts. I decided that a set of exercises, which I performed for about two months, do not provide me the desired effect. Therefore, I has performed it twice. That is three hours.

In last 45 minutes I have gotten a second breath. It was last three sets of exercises for the abs. Usually, my upper muscles has ache during performing this complex, but now all pain ceased, as if the muscles warmed and softened. And a lot of endorphins went in my blood and began to run all over the body. I felt so wonderful pleasure of exercise performing and each body moves. I didn’t feel for a long time. I though that only the running and swimming can help me to get this state, and it appears the exercises do too.

Also I have noticed that correctly do that make rotations of loads: one day for strength training, the second day is rest from it and a yoga and/or walking. The body has time to recover in this mode and all fitness trainers are advised to rest one day after strength training to prevent the injury of the muscles. Read the rest of this entry »

I was watching information about yoga. Stumbled upon a very interesting interview with Andrew Siderskij, where he talks about impact from the practice of yoga by anyone. I advise to people, who is thinking if the yoga will fit into their life.

I like his view on yoga, because I’m just now looking how to make my life more effective. Leg injury greatly affected me: I literally lost my support in life and all gone to hell in it. Now the injury is healing, I have chance to return to the practice of yoga, because there is no more pain during movement in the asanas for beginners. Many years ago, yoga, swimming and running helped me to enjoy my body, gain confidence and enter a new phase of my life. I would like once again to regain support.
